In line with our aim to help you maximize your in house collection
efforts, Global has developed the 50/50 System.
The 50/50 system is designed to be implemented within 50
days, with the express goal of eliminating up to 50% of your
current percentage of open item debt, without having to send
a single account to an outside agency or attorney.
The system is implemented by the following steps:
1 |
Credit
Application Review: Credit Application
and process is reviewed by our in-house coordinator.
GCN will make recommendations to your current application
and process. Our system is centered on obtaining as
much information as possible.
|
|
2 |
Establishing
an Orientation Interview for New Clients:
One of the more effective approaches to obtaining additional
information, and in establishing a relationship with the
client prior to an adverse situation is the orientation
interview. We teach your people how to conduct this short
5 to 10 minute process with all new credit clients. |
|
3 |
Training
Materials: GCN will review your current
training system. This includes role play and telephone
scripts, and the method that you train your people. We
have found that triad role play is one of the more effective
scenarios in this specialized type of training. GCN will
also deliver webinars directly to your staff that will
deal with personality types, and objections. |
|
4 |
Systematized
Process: We review all of your current letters,
emails, and methodology. More importantly, we help you
establish a timing and control system. |
|
5 |
Pre-Legal
Department: One of the most important additions
to a company is the establishment of the pre-legal system.
This is a proprietary concept pioneered by GCN and has
been essential in the establishment of the 50/50 plan. |
|
6 |
Sarbanes-Oxley
Legislation: If applicable, GCN will assist
your SOX coordinator in meeting compliance issues with
outsourced vendors. |
